Terms & Conditions :

  1. Customer has to buy Extended Warranty online from www.elicaindia.com
  2. Elica will not be responsible for any unauthorised person taking payments on behalf of Elica for Extended warranty
  3. Prices are exclusive of Taxes
  4. Extended warranty is for period of one year from Date of purchase of extended warranty.
  5. Product should be manufactured in 2016 or later and should be in working condition ( Glass shall not be damaged)
  6. Break down calls or Service calls are not covered under extended warranty.
  7. Customer should provide Invoice , Warranty Registration forms to sign for extended warranty.
  8. None other parts other than Glass is covered under Extended warranty.
  9. Only 2 glass breakages will be covered.
  10. Extended Warranty is non transferable
  11. Extended Warranty is applicable only for Elica PB India Private Limited products only.
  12. This Extended warranty contract will automatically expire after a period of one year from date of purchasing Extended Warranty even if the glass breakage has not occurred during the extended warranty period.
  13. Incase Customer site is out of municipal limits or authorised service provider is not within 50 Km than the to & fro charges should be borne by customer.
Scope of work :

  1. Glass will be changed on Free of cost basis.
  2. After completion of the servicing technician will educate the customer for preventive measures.
Mode of Operation:

  1. For glass breakage customer should call to Elica Toll free # 1800 233 0007 or 9243007666 & register a service request as “Glass Breakage” or Email on Customer Care Glass breakage complaint , with Name , Address , Model Name / Serial Number or Extended Warranty Number.
  2. Elica will generate a unique Case id & will inform the service center to attend the Call within 24 working hrs, Authorized service center technician will visit & Change the glass
  3. No Charges will be collected for glass from Customer
  4. Customer will sign Job card on completion of work.
